- My e-bike won't turn on: First, ensure the battery is fully seated and locked into the frame. Check if the battery itself has a separate power switch that needs to be toggled before turning on the display.
- Pedal assist is not working: If the display is on but the motor isn't engaging, check the sensor near the bottom bracket. It may be misaligned or covered in debris. Ensure your brake levers aren't slightly pulled, as they contain motor-cutoff switches.
- The battery is draining too fast: Rapid battery drain can be caused by under-inflated tires, excessive use of the throttle (if applicable), riding in extremely cold weather, or a battery that has reached the end of its lifespan (typically after 3-5 years).
- My brakes are squeaking loudly: This is common in urban environments. It usually means your brake rotors or pads are contaminated with road oils. Clean the rotors with isopropyl alcohol. If the squeak persists, your pads may be worn out and need replacement.
